As MCs, we’ll work out a running sheet with you, when the special dances will be and what music, who is to speak and when. We’ll prep the key people when it’s their turn on the mic.

We’ll also walk the room and interact with your guests, making everyone feel a part of the celebration with you.

How Our Wedding DJ Hire Process Works


You will receive a tailored quote for your wedding including everything you need to know like our availability, our approach, whats included and costs involved.


Once you confirm you are happy to go ahead with your quote, we will walk you through the rest. We confirm all details and send you our booking terms along with a 50% deposit invoice to confirm your booking.  Then we are set!


We will email you 4 weeks before your wedding to book a consultation with your DJ. In your consultation, your DJ will create a run sheet with you and discuss the main elements including music, timing and much more.


2 weeks before your event your final payment is due. 1 week before your event, your DJ will finalise the run sheet with you if you did not finalise it in your consultation.



Your DJ arrives 1.5 hours before the start of your event to setup. Your DJ will be there for you all night to make sure everything is executed to perfection. All you have to do now is have the time of your life!

Can you have input in the music selection for our event?

You most definitely can, during your consultation 4 weeks before your Wedding your DJ will go through all your music requirements with you including key songs like entry, first dance, requests, do not play’s and much more.

How early should we book your DJ services for our wedding?

We recommend booking our services as soon as you are ready.  To give you an idea, most of our couples will book 9-12 months in advance, some even 18+ months.  Unfortunately if you leave it to the last minute, you may miss out due to our demand and limited capacity.

What is included in your Wedding DJ package?
