How Our Corporate DJ Hire Process Works

ENQUIRY

Make an enquiry with us now. We can check availability to help guarantee you have the best corporate DJ Melbourne has to offer. We can discuss what you want for your corporate event- the theme, the style of music, running time and more. We will give you a quote with all the time and costs involved, with no hidden costs or surprises.

BOOKING

If you approve of everything then we book it all in. We’ll send everything to you in writing for your peace of mind.

Once you’ve booked, we will need a 50% deposit to lock it in.

CONFIRMATION

Two weeks before your big corporate event, your final payment is due.

We’ll contact you again the Monday before the big show. You will be given your DJ’s details. This is a chance to discuss the music, and make final adjustments. It’s also the time to get excited for your big event!

 

Event Day

Your DJ arrives an hour before the event kicks off to set up the AV equipment, speakers, lighting, dance floor, whatever was agreed to in the initial enquiry and follow-up. At the end of the event the DJ will pack down everything.

Your team doesn’t need to worry about a thing. The DJs with Mercury Entertainment Group have years of experience and will ensure everything runs smoothly.

The Mercury Entertainment Group can provide music and DJ services for indoor and outdoor public events, fashion shows and product launches, award nights, opening nights and gala events.

Ask us if we can do it, and we’ll say yes. 

How far in advance should we book a corporate event DJ?
As soon as you know you’re going to have a corporate event and need a DJ, get in touch with us. The sooner you can book one of our award-winning DJs, the better. If it can be the first item checked off your list, this relieves a lot of stress for the event organiser.
Is it possible to have the DJ play a role in event hosting or MC duties?
Absolutely. Your DJ can also be the event MC, chatting to the audience, and spruiking your products during the evening. With a run sheet, we can prepare people to give speeches, introduce them to the audience and make announcements during the night.

A wireless microphone is included with the DJ package.

Do you provide DJ services for virtual or hybrid corporate events?
Sadly, no, Mercury Entertainment Group doesn’t provide virtual or hybrid events. Our DJs only perform live at the event.
Can we provide a list of preferred songs or themes for our corporate function DJ to play?
This is your event; whatever music you want to play at your event is up to you. Your DJ is an expert in music and mood and what fits and can work with you to produce a polished playlist.
